Empty H1 Problem
This page has an H1 tag in the HTML, but it contains no text. An empty H1 is worse than no H1 at all in some ways, because it signals that someone intended to have a heading but left it blank, possibly due to a template bug or CMS misconfiguration.
Your crawler should detect this as a distinct issue from "missing H1" - the tag exists but has no content.
